Nutshell is definitely a useful CRM tool, but mainly for smaller enterprises or teams.
As we've discussed, it does have its limitations, such as it’s
- increasing pricing with increasing users,
- integrations and customization limitations,
- storage problems,
- And restricted email prospecting.
So yeah, in the end, it comes down to you;
Go ahead with Nutshell if you’re a small organization and are looking for a CRM software with limited functionalities.
If you want a powerful lead generation tool that offers more personalization and automation, that integrates with most of the popular CRM tools out there, then SalesRobot is a good alternative.
